Full-stack developer // infrastructure-minded builder
I design, build, deploy, and support digital systems that have to work outside the demo. That means product UI, backend flows, cloud hosting, networking, on-site infrastructure, and the boring operational edges in between.
My work spans government platforms, enterprise portals, NGO sites, office networks, Starlink deployments, CCTV systems, automation pipelines, and applied AI prototypes. I like minimal interfaces, clear systems, and shipping the full stack with intent.

Signal profile
I operate across frontend, backend, infrastructure, design, and delivery. That spread is the point. It makes the portfolio feel less like a collection of screens and more like a system that can survive production reality.
Featured work

Built and maintained four official Parliament websites with CMS workflows, hosting, updates, and long-tail support across multiple institutions.
A stable publishing stack for national-level communication, content management, and ongoing governance support.

Delivered the landing site and portal ecosystem for Innovate for GMC with a modern frontend stack and a Go backend integration.
A polished digital entry point and operations portal for an initiative tied to the Gelephu Mindfulness City vision.

Developed and managed the official event website, handled content structuring, performance tuning, deployment, and continuous updates.
A reliable, event-ready site for a high-visibility forum with ongoing operational support.
What I actually do
The interesting part of my work is the overlap: product, operations, deployment, hardware, and support. That overlap is where a lot of projects either become robust or quietly fall apart.
Operating surface
This should read less like a service menu and more like a systems board: where the work lives, how it overlaps, and what actually gets handled when a project gets real.

Timeline
Founder / Full Stack Developer
ByteTech Labs
Built ByteTech Labs into an execution layer for software, infrastructure, networking, and business systems across Bhutan. Led delivery for government, education, hospitality, retail, and private-sector clients.
Full Stack Developer Intern
DHI InnoTech
Worked on user and admin dashboards, backend configuration, and a React Native app while helping ship production-oriented features with measurable efficiency gains.
Freelance builder and IT support
Independent
Delivered websites, automation tools, cloud setups, multimedia support, and general office technology consulting for small teams and local organizations.
Principles
Minimal outside, solid inside
I like interfaces that stay calm and spare while the underlying system does the hard work cleanly.
Build for operators
The people maintaining a system matter as much as the people clicking through it. Good tooling respects both.
Own the ugly middle
Deployment, support, networking, email, documentation, and maintenance are part of the build, not afterthoughts.
Context over templates
Each project gets its own structure, pace, and level of technical depth. I do not force everything into one playbook.
